The shampoo course includes a condition check, shampoo, moisturizing, drying and ear, nail and anal gland care. The haircut course combines shampoo with full-body styling.

Common questions before comparing or booking
What should I check when comparing prices?
For the same breed, build and course, compare tax-inclusive basic prices, included care and charges for matting, shedding or shampoo grades. Our basic prices are listed by breed. Photos alone cannot establish the final grooming price.
How do I book a first visit?
New clients can book online. Choose your date, time and course from available appointments. Enquiries and bookings are also accepted on LINE, including haircut preferences and pick-up times. Homepage availability shows potential appointments and is not a booking confirmation.
Can senior dogs or dogs with skin concerns visit?
Before booking, tell us your dog's age, condition, skin and coat concerns, and any instructions from their veterinarian. We assess the condition before confirming suitable care and whether we can accept your dog. The salon does not diagnose or treat disease.
How long does grooming take?
As a guide, a small dog's shampoo takes 1.5–2 hours and a haircut 2–3 hours. This varies by breed, coat volume, health and course. Please ask when booking if you need a particular pick-up time.
